To improve the chatbot, the chat history is logged and stored locally. This information is anonymised and not linked to personal data. It is used to improve the information offered to users and to adapt the dialogue of the chatbot to the needs of users. The provision of data by the user is voluntary. At the end of the conversation, the user can click to delete the chat history. This deletes the entire conversation from the system.
