We have been manufacturing fibre-reinforced composites using the pultrusion process since 1979. Driven by the conviction that we can better complement or replace traditional materials in demanding applications, we have developed comprehensive expertise in glass-fibre and carbon-fibre-reinforced plastics.
At our site in Hofheim am Taunus, we bring together consultancy, design and development, pultrusion, machining, pre-assembly and logistics. The close links between these disciplines help us to understand technical requirements at an early stage and reliably translate solutions into series production or project-specific manufacturing.
Our range extends from standard profiles available at short notice, through to bespoke GRP profiles, right through to ready-to-install components and assemblies. In doing so, we tailor the geometry, fibre structure, resin system and further processing to the intended application – for components that must be lightweight, corrosion-resistant and capable of withstanding long-term stress.
For us, quality is not a single testing step, but an integral part of the entire process. Specified materials, reproducible manufacturing and testing in line with requirements ensure reliability for industrial applications. With the UL Yellow Card for GRP profiles, we also provide internationally recognised certification for selected material systems.
