GRP PROFILE GRATINGS

GRP profile gratings are the alternative to gratings.

They consist of pultruded supporting and cross bars. GRP profile gratings thus have a significantly higher stiffness than cast GRP gratings. Therefore, larger spans can be achieved with these grids or the overall height can be comparatively lower.

The special connection of supporting and cross bars ensures lasting stability. The bearing bars are manufactured with a structure of longitudinally running glass fiber rovings, transversely reinforcing glass fiber mats and a surface fleece.

STANDARD DIMENSIONS

The loads were determined at a deflection of L/200. The deflection L/200 corresponds to 0.5% deflection on the span. (deflection f=L/200; L=span). The application-specific suitability must be checked in each individual case.
