Dogbones, corner profiles and slot wedges are GRP insulation profiles for transformer and electric motor construction.
Due to the availability of many dimensions, we can cover almost any requirement with our standard program. With our own tool production, we enable fast and cost-effective production of special profiles and special dimensions.

GRP corner profiles are used in transformers as spacer bars. This allows air to circulate between the windings for cooling.

GRP dogbones are suitable for use at temperatures up to 180°C (heat class H). They are used as spacers in air-cooled transformers.
