What is a custom GRP solution?
A bespoke GRP solution is developed to meet a specific technical requirement. This may be a customised profile, a machined component or a complete assembly.
What information does Fibrolux need for an initial assessment?
It would be helpful to provide a description of the application, loads and dimensions, environmental conditions, as well as any existing sketches or drawings. We will clarify any outstanding issues together during the initial consultation.
Are custom GRP profiles also available in smaller quantities?
Yes. Depending on the geometry, tooling and technical requirements, we also design and manufacture custom profiles for smaller project quantities.
Does Fibrolux provide support with design and material selection?
Yes. Our engineering team provides support with profile geometry, resin and fibre selection, dimensioning and design optimised for manufacturing.
Can bespoke solutions be supplied ready for installation?
Yes. Cutting to size, drilling, milling and other machining operations are all possible, as are pre-assembly and delivery ready for installation.
