Our GRP insulation profiles – dogbones and corner profiles – are designed for demanding applications in transformer and electric motor manufacturing. They serve as spacers in air-cooled (left in the picture) and oil-cooled (right in the picture) transformers and, thanks to their cavities, promote effective circulation for optimum cooling.
With a temperature resistance of up to 180°C (thermal class H) and high durability, they offer maximum reliability and reduce the risk of component failure in critical systems. Ideal for high-performance transformers, coils and chokes.
UL Yellow Card-certified GRP profiles ensure maximum safety and performance for use in the USA and Canada. Our EN 45545-2:2020+A1:2023 - R22/R23 HL1-HL3 certified insulation profiles comply with fire safety regulations for safe use in rail transport and in electric motors, and offer reliable protection in high-risk environments.
