Technical product designer (m/f/d) specializing in machine and plant design
Who are we looking for?
For our headquarters in Hofheim Wallau, we are looking for trainees as technical product designers (m/f/d) specializing in machine and plant design.
You should be interested in and, above all, enjoy planning, drawing and designing, and have a knack for working with CAD programs. Spatial thinking and good mathematical & physical skills are also basic requirements for the profession of technical product designer.
What awaits you?
As a Technical Product Designer, you will spend most of your time using your CAD program (SolidWorks) and learning to work with it effectively and accurately to design structures of all kinds.
In addition to your work on the PC, you can also expect to produce prototypes or smaller customer orders in our production/workshop. For this, skill and technical understanding is very helpful and important. You will certainly also be allowed to design and subsequently manufacture one or two prototypes yourself. In other words, you primarily learn practical knowledge in the company, while you gain theoretical knowledge at the GTS vocational school in Offenbach.
When it comes to decisions, we have a very flat hierarchy, which means that your good ideas and suggestions are always taken into account.
The training normally lasts 3.5 years – with good performance it can be shortened to up to 2.5 years.

- Technical understanding (math + physics)

- Care and accuracy
