Management assistant in e-commerce
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for trainees to become e-commerce clerks (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Hofheim.
In almost all economic sectors and at Fibrolux GmbH in every business area, merchants are active in e-commerce. From purchasing to order processing, marketing and sales to accounting and human resources, their responsible and varied efforts are needed. However, the clear focus of this training occupation is on e-commerce (in particular online marketing and online sales). Here, among other things, online stores are planned, key figures are analyzed and online marketing measures are carried out.
As an e-commerce clerk, you will learn a profession with a future, because online retail is growing and gaining in importance.
You are the functionary in the background and make sure that the customer gets all necessary information about an article at a glance. You should not shy away from images, figures and texts, as these have to be obtained, entered, updated and archived by you. The commercial aspect should also appeal to you, because you will get to know all the classic commercial areas during the training, since in online retailing invoices also have to be created, offers written and customers advised and supported. The latter is then of course mostly done online or by telephone.
