Who are we looking for?
We are looking for trainees for wholesale and foreign trade and office management at our headquarters in Hofheim.
Since we sell our products throughout Europe, good foreign language skills are welcome. Scandinavian or Eastern European native speakers are also very welcome here. However, this is not a requirement.
We employ people from many different countries, which brings you into contact with many cultures. So if you are open-minded and outgoing in dealing with other cultures, we will help you to enjoy it even more.

You will get to know the various work processes in our central specialist departments, with the focus of the practical training being on sales.
Your good ideas and suggestions are implemented quickly and decisions are made quickly in a flat hierarchy, as we are not a company with a lot of bureaucracy.
We take into account and promote your special talents so that you can enjoy your job more. In-house training measures and good chances of being taken on round off our training offer. Your vocational school is the Konrad Adenauer Schule in Kriftel, where you will learn the theoretical part of your vocational training.
Our current employees in management positions also completed their training with us. Fibrolux cooperates with various universities and offers you the opportunity to complete a part-time degree program after completing your training.
What are your qualifications?
