GRP custom profiles
GRP costum profiles are developed and produced according to the customers' specific requirements to achieve optimal solutions.
The following guidelines are important for the design and the shape of costum profiles:
- max. width 1200mm
- max. height 1200mm
- max. wall- thickness 60mm
- min. wall- thickness 2,5mm
- Variable wall-thickness
- Grooves
- Wave profile in longitudinal direction
- Hollow profile in longitudinal direction
- Surfaces prepared for gluing (either mechanically or by peel play)
- No length restrictions (except for transport reasons)
- Min. radius 1 mm (sharp edges limited)
